Elbow River Marketing Ltd. Announces Exclusive Long-Term Terminalling Services Agreement at Three Midwest Propane Terminals

CALGARY, Monday, April. 29, 2019 – Elbow River Marketing Ltd. (“Elbow River” or “the Company”) announced that effective May 1, 2019, it has entered into a long-term terminalling services agreement ("the Agreement") with Plains LPG Services, L.P. (“Plains”) whereby the Company will have exclusive use of the Plains propane terminals in Cordova, Illinois, Hankinson, North Dakota and Owen, Wisconsin. The Agreement includes over 120 million gallons of annual throughput capacity across the three terminals as well as rail offloading, on-site storage and truck loading at each facility. Plains will continue to own and operate each of the terminals.
