Elbow River Marketing Ltd. Announces Exclusive Long-Term Agreement at New Minnesota Propane Terminal

CALGARY, July 12, 2022 – Elbow River Marketing Ltd. (“Elbow River” or “the Company”) announced that effective July 7, 2022, it has entered into a long-term terminalling services agreement ("the Agreement") with Propane Depot, LLC (“Propane Depot“ or “the Operator”) whereby the Company will have exclusive use of the Operator’s newly constructed propane terminal in Kellogg, MN (“the Terminal”). The Agreement includes the use of over 270 thousand gallons of above ground storage, 24 rail car storage spots, dual truck loading capability and 6 railcar offloading towers. Propane Depot will own and operate the Kellogg terminal in addition to its existing terminals in Barron, WI and Keenan, MN. "We are excited to further expand our existing LPG presence in the United States Midwest" said Joel Zaleschuk, Vice President - LPG for Elbow River. "The company will continue to lever its existing relationships to safely and cost-effectively bring reliable propane supply to the region”. Elbow River will exclusively supply and market propane at all three Propane Depot locations utilizing its existing railcar fleet and expansive market knowledge.
